Shipping policy

At Limitless FOG, every item is created with intention. Some of our products are made to order through our trusted fulfillment partners, while our handmade wreaths are created in-house by our team.

Because each item is produced or handcrafted after your order is placed, fulfillment times may be different from traditional ready-to-ship stores. We appreciate your patience as your order is carefully created, packed, and delivered.

At this time, Limitless FOG ships within the United States only.

Order Processing & Production

Once your order is placed, it will begin the production or preparation process.

For made-to-order apparel and select products, your order is sent into production through one of our trusted fulfillment partners. Most items are produced and ready to ship within 2–7 business days, although production times may vary depending on the product, order size, availability, and seasonal demand.

For handmade wreaths, each wreath is made and prepared in-house. Most wreath orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. During holidays, seasonal peaks, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note that production and processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been produced or prepared and shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 2–5 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and any applicable shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Because some products are fulfilled by our production partners while handmade wreaths are shipped directly from us, shipping costs may vary depending on the products in your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to begin updating within the carrier's system.

Multiple-Item Orders

Because our products may be made, fulfilled, or shipped from different locations, items within the same order may arrive separately.

For example, if your order includes both apparel and a handmade wreath, you may receive more than one package. Each shipment may also have its own tracking information and may arrive on a different day.

Handmade Wreath Packaging

Our handmade wreaths are carefully packaged to help protect their shape, florals, greenery, ribbons, and decorative details during transit.

Because wreaths contain dimensional decorative elements, minor shifting of ribbon, florals, or greenery may occasionally occur during shipping and can typically be gently adjusted after unpacking.

If your wreath arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Carrier delays
Severe weather
Holidays
High seasonal demand
Production or fulfillment delays
Circumstances outside of our control

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery times are managed by the carrier.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as your order is carefully made and delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

Limitless FOG is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@limitlessfog.com.

We will do our best to make the correction; however, once an order has entered production, been prepared for shipment, or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery window or tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first:

Checking around your property or delivery area
Checking with household members or neighbors
Checking with your apartment office, building management, or mailroom, if applicable
Contacting the shipping carrier for additional delivery information

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Made-to-Order & Handmade Notice

Because our products are made specifically for each order, fulfillment times may differ from traditional ready-to-ship retailers.

Our apparel and select products are made to order to help maintain quality, reduce unnecessary inventory, and keep our products intentional from start to finish.

Our wreaths are handmade in-house with care. Because they are handcrafted, slight variations in placement, texture, greenery, florals, ribbon, and other decorative elements may occur. These natural variations are part of what makes each handmade piece unique while maintaining the overall design and quality shown in our product images.
