Shipping policy

At Limitless FOG, every item is created with intention. Some of our products are made to order through our trusted fulfillment partners, while our handmade wreaths are made in-house by our team.

Because each item is produced or handcrafted after your order is placed, shipping and fulfillment times may be different from traditional ready-to-ship stores. We appreciate your patience as your order is carefully created, packed, and delivered.

Order Processing & Production

Once your order is placed, it will begin the production or preparation process.

For made-to-order apparel and select products, your order is sent into production through our trusted fulfillment partners. Most of these items are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days, though production times may vary depending on the item, order size, product availability, and seasonal demand.

For handmade wreaths, each wreath is made and prepared in-house. Most wreath orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. During busy seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, handmade wreath processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note that production and processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Times

After your order has been produced, prepared, and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method, carrier, and destination.

For most U.S. orders, standard shipping typically takes approximately 2–5 business days after the order has shipped.

International shipping may take longer, often around 10–30 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing.

Handmade wreaths:

International Orders

Made-to-order apparel and select products:
Production: 2–7 business days
Shipping: 10–30 business days
Estimated total: 12–37 business days

Handmade wreaths:
Processing times and shipping availability may vary by destination. International delivery times may be longer due to customs, carrier delays, and destination restrictions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and available carrier options.

Because some products may be fulfilled by different production partners and handmade wreaths are shipped from our in-house location, shipping costs can vary by item and location.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives and scans the package.

Multiple Item Orders

Because our products may be made, fulfilled, or shipped from different locations, some items may ship separately.

For example, if your order includes both apparel and a handmade wreath, you may receive more than one package for a single order. Each shipment may have its own tracking information.

Handmade Wreath Packaging

Our handmade wreaths are carefully packed to help protect their shape and details during transit. While we do our best to package each wreath securely, minor movement of ribbon, florals, or greenery may happen during shipping.

If your wreath arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays may happen due to carrier issues, high seasonal demand, weather, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as your order is carefully made and delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Limitless FOG is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered production, been prepared, or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue.

If tracking shows the order was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office first. We will do our best to assist where possible.

Made-to-Order & Handmade Notice

Because each item is made specifically for you, fulfillment times may be different from ready-to-ship stores.

Our apparel and select products are made to order to help maintain quality, reduce unnecessary inventory, and keep our products intentional from start to finish.

Our wreaths are handmade in-house with care, which means each piece may have slight natural variations while still maintaining the overall design and quality shown in our product images.
